I cant get milk out it hurts my nipple gets hard n round lump around ?

Maybe weird but my lactation consultant recommended I use my vibrator on a clogged duct after warming the area and it really worked!

Massage gently, use a hot wash cloth on the breast and give it time to loosen up! Also encourage baby to feed on this side to help clear the blockage!

It's probably a blocked milk duct, massage it in a warm shower and encourage bubs to feed off it
