Migraines in AM
Does anyone else get migraines while they sleep and wake up with a severely pounding head?? This is the 5th time its happened and I have no idea why. It goes away after I take a tylenol & drink my morning coffee, but they are brutal 😭 I literally cant sleep anymore because they hurt so bad.
