Pregnancy ????

i need help.... i haven’t been trying to get pregnant but i’ve been very nauseous after eating lately, my nipples are changing getting darker and my nipples are getting more bigger when they’re hard i guess? i’m 20 almost 21 i’ve never been pregnant or even had a scare before. i took a test about 3 weeks ago and it was negative i started noticing the changes in my body about 2 weeks ago and i got my period for one day during new years...... do you think i should take a test now?
