I’m so blessed to be a SAHM to my two, almost three, boys. We don’t make a lot, but we make do. I sew and crochet a little on the side and wanted to used my Christmas money to splurge and get fabric I wouldn’t normally get. I found this beautiful knit on clearance for $2 a yard and got it to make a nursing cover for myself (perfect for nursing the summer months) but got it home and decided to try to make a maternity skirt instead. It turned out way better than I could imagine, and while checking it out in the mirror, my 1.5 year old wanted to check it out too and we got the sweetest picture (bedhead and all). This mom thing is so hard some days but oh, is it worth it. 😍
