I gave birth via c-section Friday January 3rd around 11:05 pm...Today is Monday January 6th and I’m sitting in my hospital bed feeling discouraged because my milk hasn’t come in. I’ve been practicing latching on with my baby and she does great. I’ve been supplementing with formula as I have no milk yet. The lactation consultant comes very day and reassures me that it’s normal and it’s coming and that the baby latching and practicing is telling my body to make food. I’m also eating lactation cookies and drinking milk flow. I just wanna be able to nurse my daughter and she’s getting so much formula I feel like when my milk does come in she won’t want it. 😞😞😞 anyone milk take a while to come in??
