I had some spotting and my period was 4 days ago , so I was just wondering why I was spotting

When you have a period.. your uterine lining is shedding. So if you were pregnant while having a period, your baby would have shed with your uterine lining.. a miscarriage. 
So if you had a period.. you were not pregnant.

No... if your period ended you can’t be pregnant... spotting after your period is normal...
