DISCIPLINE IS KEY
I LOST 8 POUNDS IN 6 DAYS
-Been intermittent fasting since January 1st
-Drinking water
-Eating more fruits and vegetables with every meal
-little to no bread(if you do ,no white bread)
- no rice, no pasta
-no candy, no packaged snacks
IM STARTING HIIT WORKOUTS THIS WEEK.
Trying to lose 30 by July 💪🏽
