If for example, I can only have 1 hour with him before he goes to his job and I got to mine, then yes I’d like to spend it with him.
If, another example, we had the whole day, I’d be pleased to spend an hour with him but I’d want to spend more than that with him, also

Well most days I only get to see my SO for 2 hours, and I normally spend an hour of that time cleaning. We’re on opposite schedule and both commute, it’s not an ideal situation but it works for us.
