Should I worry?

My baby hit her head pretty hard on one of the wooden bars on the crib. There’s no redness or bump but she was crying pretty bad. I was able to console her but I feel so bad. 
Should I be worried??

I took Amelia once to prompt care just in case and the pediatrician when she hit her head. She was ok but it’s always a good idea to call

I think if there's no redness or bump and baby is acting normal a few mins after the incident, then there's no reason to worry. Fast swelling, crying that won't stop, no crying at all, vomiting, and uncharacteristic drowsiness are symptoms that need prompt medical attention.

She should be okay. my LO fell off the couch and hit her head on the side of the coffee table the other day I felt
So bad and watched her but she was fine
