Positive thoughts please

I have no reason to be nervous, but I’m so scared.

11w1d. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, first ultrasound was at 8 weeks and everything looked good with a strong heartbeat. I am so scared something has gone wrong in between appointments. I have had no bleeding or anything, don’t have a reason to be so scared, but I’m absolutely terrified.

First pregnancy was a mmc at 9 weeks and I’m just scared this pregnancy won’t work out either. To the point I’m sitting here crying and dreading my appointment tomorrow, anyone else feeling this way? 😩 hoping my anxiety will be better after tomorrow.
