Need help
I’m 10 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and I have this things stuck in my throat that won’t go away. I don’t know if it’s the flu, a mucus, phlegm, but it makes me gag so bad when I try to swallow or spit it. Has anyone experienced this and what helped them?
