Prenatals???

Hey guys so I’ve recently started taking prenatals, I’m not pregnant but we are about to start trying. My question is did they make you sick as in nauseous and throwing up? And if so how early could you tell it was the prenatals making you nauseous?

I’d be sick with in an hour of taking It. I always took it with food. Especially if they have iron in them

I could only take them at night otherwise I’d feel weird throughout the day.

I did with one of them i tried.  Then i swiched to ranbow light and have not had any problems. Keep trying different ones till you find one your body doesn't react to.

I take rainbow light prenatal daily duos. My ob gave me some of the prescriptions to try, some did make me sick, some were fine. I think you just need to see what you’re ok with. I also hear it can change once you become pregnant as well.

I take the vitafusion prenatals vitamins and I usually have a sensitive stomach to everything but these are perfect.

Prenatals don’t bother my stomach at all, I do the chewy ones either vita fusion or just Walgreens brand.

Thanks guys!! I think I’m for sure going to find and try something else I’m on day two of nausea and throwing up after a few days of taking these. With my angel baby I couldn’t take them either and I figured I’d try and see if they had a different effect but they don’t lol I’m going to try a couple that you guys mentioned
