Could I have just gotten pregnant

So here is the scenario. I’m on birth control and I take it worry single day perfectly. I haven’t had comporting or diarrhea or taken any antibiotics since June. My boyfriend wears a condom and he pulls out every single time. I’ve never noticed a tear or leak in a condom and my boyfriend would never lie to me and say that there wasn’t. I had sex last Wednesday and it was also the last day of my period. I know that your not supposed to ovulate on birth control, but then how do women get knocked up when they take it perfectly. I’ve also heard of micro tears in condoms that are so small that physically no semen leak out but it was just large enough that a sperm could have passed through. And I also know that sometimes precum contains sperm. Do you think that I could have gotten pregnant and ovulated early. I was on my placebo pill and I’m just worried that since I didn’t have any hormones in my body that I ovulated early. Could I be pregnant????
