He is 3 and a half and has mild autism. I am trying to enroll him in preschool BUT like most preschools they will not accept any child not isn’t potty trained. I’m want to enroll him ASAP mostly because A. My son practically is begging me to take him to school and B. I need to look for work and have no one to look for my son.

Awhile back ago, I tried leaving him in undies and would take him by the hand to the toilet but he would just sit there for about 3 mins then say “done”! but he wouldn’t actually do anything. We did this for a week but took a break because I realized he wasn’t ready but lately I’ve been talking to him every day about using the toilet and what’s it for so by now he %100 knows the concept of what the toilet is for. But I needs new ideas or anything that worked for you guys?
