Hey ladies. Im 33 and have 2 kids under 10. I smoke regularly when im not at work. You know, kids are sleep or at there dads place.

Every time i smoke i pee. It happens lot if i sneeze. But when i cough hard or laugh, i pee. Sometimes a "river" is what i call it. I even do a bathroom run before i smoke. I still do a tinkle. Thank god my SO is cool about it.

Only thing is when were at a friends house, i don't smoke. Im afraid to smoke and pee on there couch. Just embarrassing. I have a friend that has same issues. She wears a pad before smoking. I might need to do that. Idk.

Do anyone of you have same issue?
