Can I be pregnant ?

I’ve been exhausted for weeks, burning up, nauseous, my breasts got bigger, back pain and experiencing weird cramps. My period is usually always the last week of the month. But the last one didn’t happen except for some light brown spotting when I wipe and the one the month before was extremely light and only lasted 2 days. Which has never happened in my life. But I tested about a week ago and negative. I don’t have insurance to go get a blood test. I’m not trying but I’m not not trying. If I’m not pregnant, I’m not sure what’s going on. Kept waiting on my period after the test was negative but it never happened.
