HCG Levels & worry

Hi all, I’m just posting for some advice really because this is my 3rd pregnancy, the first two ended in miscarriage seeing empty sacs on the ultrasound. We had an ultrasound done at 7 weeks, baby measured 6w1d but the nurse wasn’t concerned because there was a strong heartbeat. The reason I’m posting is because my first HCG level on Thursday 2nd was 47200 and my 2nd test was this Monday (6th) & it came out at 104000, I just wondered if this looked right? I know it says it’s meant to double but it’s confusing me and I don’t have an appointment with the doctor until tomorrow. Also my progesterone is 47. Any help/advice is appreciated x
