It is currently -29C ... -42C with the windchill. I can’t take my baby out because the air literally hurts.... I need some indoor activities to do with my babe!!! We’re both going stir crazy 🙃

I feel your pain! I'm in Manitoba Canada and it's been so cold. If you can manage being outside for a bit you should go to the mall, get yourself a coffee and just walk through the mall with your stroller. I like doing this when I need to get out. The trick is to try and not shop a bunch while there lol.

Same here in Alberta, it’s rough. I found out the public library does a baby reading/signing circle every Wednesday so I think we’ll go to that tomorrow for a change of scenery

Definetly look up sensory activites on pinterest, they have a lot of good ones. 
I was raised between Regina, Canora, and Preeceville and i do not miss those winters. 
I live in the Rocky Mountains now and the wind isn't nearly as bad. I walk my toddler to school while carrying my baby twice a week and it was -25 with windchill. Suppose to be -45 here next week so i have no idea what i will do.

When I had my first daughter I use to fill up the bath tub. Put bathing suit on and go "swimming". It was low enough she could stand and splash or I held her as she floated. She loved water but I found the public pool to cold.

Can you create an activity wall for him?  Basically fill a bunch of zip log bags with different stuff and tape them to the wall.  Or floor.  This way he can touch different textures.

Fill a water bottle up with a little rice. They can use it as a shaker.
