Non Solids and Easy Solids Snacks/Food for Struggling Pregnant Mamas!
Hey moms! Just thought i’d share some non solids to enjoy if you’re unable to get down solids. I put organic to let u guys know what worked for me and what I followed but of course you can choose non organic if you prefer!
- Org Go-Go Squeez Apple Sauce (I know its for kids but it really helped me)
- Org Tomato Soup / Chicken Noodle
- Cheese Cubes / Cheese Sticks
- Suja Org Cold Pressed Juices
- 100% Apple Juice (not from concentrate)
- Org Fruit Pops or Org Popsicles
- Saltine Crackers
- Dairy Free Icecream was easy on my stomach.
- Plain white rice ended up being easy as well.
- Fresh Orange Juice
- Cooked and Chopped Carrots
- Natural Peppermint Tummy Drops (you can get on Amazon)
- Salmon a lot lighter than meat for me
- For extreme cases, ginger ale helped me alot (preferrably with a brand with more bite) it is high in sugar content but a small 8 oz glass helped too many times to prevent me from getting sick after a meal.
