When can I test for pregnancy?

I need help. Basically, I’ve had my implant taken out just recently (06.01.20), I haven’t had a period in 3 years and the nurse told me I haven’t got any contraception as of yesterday. Me and my partner had unprotected sex. As i haven’t had a regular period, or not sure when I’m supposed to have a period again, I was wondering when I should take a pregnancy test. The internet has told me a lot of different things and I’d rather just get advice.
