My 2 year old daughter has never been fond of her stroller, even before she could walk. Now that she is mobile though she refuses to sit in it and it has limited our family's ability to go out on long walks in nature or even places like the mall as she is curious and will slow down, pick up every rock and stick, hanger, trash wander off to the side, refuse to hold a hand etc...its become easier to just skip going on outings rather than force her into the stroller. Trying to put her in it causes a huge tantrum where she cries and thrashes around and screams like the world is ending. I know that giving up and not using the stroller has basically given her her way, she knows a fit equals she doenst have to go in, that's my fault, I know. But now I'm 5 weeks pregnant and really want to start doing some walks again! Should we just head out and get to our destination and put her in and let her scream it out? Any ideas or anyone dealt with something similar?
