Brown discharge is fine and some cramping can be normal in early pregnancy. I’ve had bright red spotting and cramping in early pregnancy but baby is doing great with a healthy heartbeat. (I also had a miscarriage in August). I wouldn’t worry yet. You could also ask your doctor to test your HCG levels to see if they’re rising as they should.. I did that after the bleeding and my levels were good
