Skyla help questions

Skyla iud so I got mine put in on the 23 of dec I waiting 2 days after to have sex wen I got it put it was the last 2 days of my period so I hope that a good thing my question bout this skyla is will I still get my period n I been have sex unprotected I just wanted could u get pregnant n some time I have abdominal pain after sex is this normal or should I forget it back out n just tie my tubes I am only 27 n really don't want no more kids is n it true as long u feel ur strong the iud is still in place if u can answer them questions for me hit me up please
