Mixed signals?

Long story short I’ve known this guy for about 8 years now and we have that friendship that’s v flirty, we had crushes on each other and theres a lot of sexual tension. The past couple of years we’ve grown closer and he’ll invite me to his apartment to “come see me”. I been twice already and it’s been pretty calm, there’s still that tension and as much as I want him to, he never makes a move. We’ll watch movies and have deep talks for hoursss and nothing but occasional flirting. I have no problem being friends with him and I honestly do enjoy his company but I just can’t shake the feeling that he still likes me and I do too. I mean we’re both turning 20 so we’re not kids anymore but I just need advice because it’s frustrating😅
