Hi ladies,

On an ultrasound it showed I have a 1cm focal adenomyosis.

Been ttc 1 year and 1 mmc, and 1 chemical.

Only small amount of endo removed via a lap. Worried the adeno is causing me all these problems.

My husband thinks I need to stop obsessing over it but my periods are heavy and painful first 2 days. I don’t know what’s normal or what’s just me obsessing and being negative.

I’m really depressed at this point. Best friend is giving birth in 2 weeks and I feel like I want to jump off a cliff.

Anyone got experience with adeno? Any words of advice? I’m starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>.
