My favorite are the mixit leggings from JC Penny. They are around $15-20.

I honestly like my ones from target and kmart. As long as you wash them correctly they last quite a while in my experience

My faves are Target and Old Navy! For me, the Old Navy ones hold up better. The Target ones seem to get thinner after a few washes, and the seams bust in the thighs if your thighs touch. But, I like both.
