Using the VA loan
My husband is supposed to get out of the military in about 15 months. He will be going into another job with homeland security. We plan to use the VA loan once he’s out. I know when buying a home the require 2 years of tax returns? Or proof of employment? Could we use his time in service for that? How will that work?
