Why haven’t I started my period!?!?!?

Miscarried in October and D&C Oct 9. Still no period so my dr prescribed me medroprogesterone. 12 days ago I finished the 10 day RX and still no period! 
I’m dying to TTC again and still recovering from the MC I’m so confused and frustrated, has anyone gone through this??

I miscarried on sep24 around 8 weeks. My period has always been supper irregular the last 3 years since I got off bc, average cycle of 35-45 days so I just figured my body was still healing. I got stuck waiting for my period but nothing. About 2 months later it turned out I’m pregnant again. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️
I now it’s easier said than done but once we stop stressing is when things come to us.

After my 9 week loss it took over 140 days for me.to get a period again, i think our bodies just need to heal first, sorry for your loss xx
