Can you boost milk supply 6 months pp?
Hi! I’m currently 6 months pp and I exclusively breast feed, I’ve recently have started pumping so I can give my little one breast milk in a sippy cup, we are working on teaching him how to drink out of cups and I feel more comfortable giving him breast milk rather then water so I’m trying to pump and I barely get anything! Not even an ounce! Help! Any advice on how to up my supply?
