6 month old took a 3 hour nap! 😳

Well almost 3 and half hours. Usually she just catnaps with maybe a good 1.5-2 hour nap in the middle of the day. But TODAY she napped for a little over 3 hours 12pm-3:10pm ! I'm worried it will mess with her bedtime at 7:30-8 😫

I would have woke her up after 2 hours but I may or may not have laid down with her and napped almost as long... 👀

Is this unusual or bad? She isnt sick or running a fever. She's a little more fussy because of teething...

Can 6 month olds have a lazy day here and there? I feel like I'm gonna regret letting her nap that long! 😔
