Teen Troubles

I don’t trust anyone else with this so i thought i could ask here. I really like this guy. I think about him all the time. I just have no idea on how to get him to notice me, let alone like me. anyone have any advice from personal experience. or not it doesn’t matter just help please ? 🙁
