Help! School bus troubles

So in my community theres a hill you have to go over as I was coming down the hill the school bus coming the other way put on its flashing lights but kept on driving so I was braking to stop by the time my car stopped and the bus stopped I was literally right in front of the school bus. In a moment of panic and that I didnt wanted to block the stop sign or the kids I slowly drove past

I'm worried about getting a ticket

The bus driver didnt put up the stop sign before we met and she didnt honk at me

I would never intentionally drive past a stopped bus.
