Baby not getting full
My baby will be 6 months tomorrow, I give her baby food about once a day, she drinks 5 ounces of formula, and breast feeds during the sleeping hours. I’ve tried adding cereal rice to the formula but always ends with her having black stools and she seems to strain. Help please
