This heartburn is Killing me!!!

Absolutely Nothing is helping anymore. I have to sleep sitting up. And it doesn't matter what I eat or drink now its EVERY DAY. I'M ABOUT TO CRY AND SCREAM. I can't handle this much longer. Due date is 20 days away. I can NOT take 20 more days of this. I know they want me to go to 39 weeks but I am miserable. And I know if I tell them all of this at my next appointment they will Not care. I've been sick this whole time. To where I was losing weight, dehydrated all the time, hospitalized because of dehydration, I literally stopped throwing up EVERYDAY just in the last month. But I still throw up every other day and I feel sick Everyday still. Plus I spit constantly. It led to my baby measuring small and baby is just now catching up. N they know all of this but they have been treating me like it wasn't a big deal this whole time. Kept telling me it would getting better and it never did. I just wanna cry but that won't do nothing but make me throw up. 😭😭
