I had an ultrasound today im 5 weeks 2 days. Im kind of worried because it’s so little and they didn’t see a fetus becaus they said i was to early & should come back in two weeks and should be able to see it by then. I just need to know if this is normal?

My first ultrasound was at 8w. They had to do it vaginally. At 5w you aren’t going to see much if anything on an ultrasound. It will progress quickly and you will be able to see things in a few weeks.

Yes. I had a scan around 5 weeks with no baby and then went back 1 week later and there was a baby.

This is why scans that early are generally pretty useless other than to confirm it’s intrauterine. They often can’t see the fetus which leaves people worried and confused when that’s just what a 5 week pregnancy looks like.
