Postpartum body
The hardest part about being a mother is accepting your postpartum body.
my pregnancy pictures, 195 pounds
My before pregnancy picture, 110 pounds,
and my postpartum pictures, 134 pounds
Yes I still look pregnant, yes I have diastasis recti (ab separation, was 4 fingers wide now its 1.5) yes I gained 85 pounds, yes I had an emergency csection to save my sons life, yes it was scary being put to sleep and not seeing my son until 2 hours after he was born, but it does not make me less of a mother. Being a mother is hard, postpartum depression, PTSD, nothing is easy about it but it gets better.
