TTC after miscarriage

Hello I’m new to glow 😊 so I had a miscarriage back in August I was about 5 weeks 😢 I’ve been TTC with my partner and my last period was November 27, 19 and it’s now January 08,20 I’m eleven days late and I still haven’t got my period took several of pregnancy test still negative and took a blood test about a week ago that was also negative my doctor said my “HCG level was low” could I still be pregnant? Debating if I should take one more test but I don’t want to get another BFN 😌
