My 3yo has had a low grade fever since Sunday. Today is Wednesday and it was 99.5 in the morning and at 5pm it was 100.2. We gave her some Advil right before bed. I know there’s 24 hour rule for fevers but technically a fever is 100.4 so she is under that. My husband thinks we should take her tomorrow if it’s under 100.2. I only want to take her is it’s like under 99. We’ve both missed so much work already but I would feel guilty. She has had NO other symptoms besides the fever. So I know *technically* we can take her but I still just feel guilty.
