Bad lower back pain
Hi I'm 18 weeks and for the past 2 days I'm in alot of pain with my lower bck and it's starting to worry me it's been constant no ease at all, I used paracetamol heat pads hot bottle bottle nothing is helping, feels like bad achy cramps
