TMI SHOULD I GO TO THE HOSPITAL?!

This is gonna be really gross and nauseating just hang in there with me.

I’ve been sick a couple of days, fever, congestion, headache, neck pain, sweating, loss of appetite, and a killer sore throats.

Went to the doc they checked me out yesterday sent me home with

some meds. I take the meds but nothing is helping with my throat, 4 prescriptions and not one is helping.

So tonight I decide to check myself out to see if I see something. I’m standing in the mirror with my phone flashlight and see this.

Tonsil stones. At first I thought it was an STD but I googled and searched and tonsil stones fit the bill. So I proceed to gargle salt water like suggested and cough up some (bloody) flem but no progress on the stones.

Eventually I give it a go with a qtip at one of the stones that seems the closest. I slightly swiped it twice and I started gagging and coughing when a chunk of FLESH and flem fly out. I am positive it did not come from my throat but instead my sinuses?? If possible?? There is a picture below

My point is idk what to do heheh it is 1am and I’m sitting here freaking out cause little alien things are coming from my body. So any advice would be helpful. I also took pictures and videos for the doctor I *hope* to be seeing tomorrow (again).
