Postpartum ice packs?

I’m looking for some postpartum ice packs to put in my hospital bag, and to have at home. What did y’all use/like?

Both hospitals sent us home with ice packs. But after I had my second I saw perineal ice packs at CVS in the first aid aisle.

Honestly I bought a bunch of the throw away injury ice packs and never touched them, cold hurt me.

Our hospital made padsicles. Ice is good for about the first 48 hours. So check yourself hospital to see if they do them.
