Corpus luteum

Mamas who've either had babies before or are further than 13w1d, when did your corpus luteum go away? I had mine rupture my first pregnancy and cause internal bleeding. I'm definitely having that same pulsing, sharp pain from the side the corpus luteum was on, though not as severe at all, and I'm wondering if it's just the cyst going away.

I don't think it's round ligament pain, although I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance. I'm not bleeding or cramping. I did call my doctor for those who will suggest it. I just haven't heard back.
