Can anyone please tell me what this is? It showed up about 3 days ago, my son is a little over a year and 5 months old. My husband says it looks chapped but I kinda wants someone else’s opinion🙃

Looks like a rash from drool or if you wipe his face a lot with a wipe from eating or eating anything acidy. Like fruits and juices

Drool rash or cold weather rash. Or if you wipe his face a lot or with baby wipes sometimes that'll happen. It's basically just irritation.

Looks like teething/drool rash. My daughter had something similar and I showed a pic of her to my friend whose LO had HFM and she sent me what her daughter looked like in the thick of it and it was much, much worse. Aquaphor helps!
