Stay as busy as you can. Remind yourself that the deployment will end eventually no matter how far away it may seem. Communication is so important while they are gone ❤️

I was the same but eventually had to make myself get out there and make friends it’s so hard at first but I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten through it without my girlfriends I made during that time! :)

Thank you! It’s hard especially when I don’t really have friends because I’m such a home body lol. But I will definitely stay busy!!
