Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests and surprise pregnancy

My husband and I were trying to avoid getting pregnant by using the rhythm method of birth control. I was using the Clearblue Advanced Digital ovulation tests to track my ovulation and avoid having unprotected sex on my fertile and peak days. In the month of December we did not even have sex on a fertile or a peak day. We only did the deed on the “empty circle” days. Well I ended up with a surprise pregnancy!!! We’re so happy for this Christmas surprise. But I just wanted to put this information out there for anyone ttc or trying to prevent pregnancy. Idk, but maybe it can help someone out. My friend who’s ttc decided to do the deed every other day this month because of what happened with me, and I really hope this is her month!!!
