Cleaning products to get rid of stains on my stroller?

I have some stains on my double stroller that I want to get out. Do any of you know any products that will work? 
(They’re yellowish orange stains from being stored in an attic)

Not sure if you’d be able to use this if you can’t remove the cover to machine wash, but I used this to remove yellow stains from old quilts that had been stored and it worked great!
