Starting “food” helping with sleep?
Hello,
My little one is 4 months old.
She is defiantly interested in food, will not take her eyes off anyone eating. She has grabbed at my food a couple times but not always. She has great control of her head/neck and body she sits in her highchair whenever we eat dinner and sits with help.
My real question is when people start “food” (after going through some trial making sure no allergies) feeding a little bit of let’s say oatmeal for “dinner” as well as breast milk help them sleep longer? My little one likes to wake up half way thru the night to eat.
Any advice is welcome
