U can lose ur mucous plug several times. It regenerates in a day or so.

Any mucus that comes out is not necessarily your mucus plug! The plug does regenerate- I’m at 21 weeks and have had plenty of it appear when I wipe- my cervix is long and closed and I’m nowhere near labor. If you aren’t experiencing any bleeding or contractions, you are likely just fine. If you have concerns, as always, contact your provider!
