Ok so I have a client who wants me to do there makeup for their birthday but I’m stuck on what eye makeup look I should do on her. This is the outfit she will be wearing.

For every dress you should look at the colours if they're dark colours you should do light makeup so for this blue maybe go with pink and brown but a light shade of lipstick
