What’s normal for 3-4 weeks?

For those of you that found out you were pregnant super early on, what was your first symptom(s) before getting your BFP? (Or soon after- prior to 5 wks pregnant) I’m currently having cramps, sore/itchy nipples, and a low grade fever that comes & goes. My appetite is almost nonexistent, And I’m exhausted. My discharge hasn’t increased at all, just watery.

Feeling nauseous/dizzy/ with loose stool all at once . Took a test 3 days before period turned out very pregnant. Now 14.3 weeks with twins.

I was extremely pissed off all the time for 3 days straight and I had extremely swollen feet. I put these down to moving house because it was stressful and right in summer. We had been trying for a year and a half so I didn’t even think they were pregnancy related haha. Took a test when I was 2 days late and it was very positive

It's really strange but I tried to gain an energy drink and it hurt my stomach for the first time ever. I knew something was different with my body. I haven't actually been able to drink one since. Expecting baby number 2.

Sore nipples!! Then around 8 weeks I was hit with everything horrible you could imagine 😂
